Adiika Wellness is based in India. Our clinicians are trained and qualified under Indian standards (Master’s degree or higher). We do not provide services licensed under U.S. or international laws and do not accept insurance from outside India. Your care will follow Indian legal and ethical guidelines.
Currently, we offer therapy sessions online only making it accessible to clients across India and internationally. All sessions are secure, private, and confidential. ​
Our therapists hold a Master’s degree or higher in psychology or counseling. They are thoroughly trained, and our intern counselors receive close supervision to ensure high-quality care.
We offer individual therapy, group therapy, sex therapy, and couples counseling. Our sessions are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and affirming rooted in mental health, sexual wellness, and relationship care. Choosing the right therapist is a personal and important step. At Adiika, we guide you through the process by learning about your needs, preferences, and goals. Based on this, we match you with a therapist whose experience and approach align with your concerns, whether it’s mental health, sexual wellness, or relationship support.
Therapy at Adiika Wellness costs between ₹1000 and ₹2000 for Indian residents and a flat fee of $50 for U.S. residents. We also offer sliding scale options and pro-bono sessions through our intern therapists to ensure everyone can access our services.
Yes, we offer mentorship opportunities for psychology students at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels. Our supervision model is collaborative, culturally grounded, and rooted in evidence-based practices to help future clinicians grow with confidence.
In your first session, your therapist will take time to understand your concerns, history, and goals for therapy. It’s a space to get to know each other and create a treatment plan that aligns with your needs. You can ask any questions and share as much as you feel comfortable with.​ ​
Our services are available internationally. We use secure online platforms to provide therapy to clients wherever they are located, allowing us to reach individuals outside of India. ​
