Cancellation Policy

At Adiika Wellness, we honor your time and that of our therapists. To help us offer consistent and fair care, please note the following policy: 1. Cancellations You may cancel your session up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the session fee. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable. 3. Need to Cancel or Reschedule? Use your booking link or contact your therapist directly. In cases of emergency, please notify us as early as possible—exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion. Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and reliable therapeutic space for all.
